As a participant in the A2i+ badge, skills needed to successfully transition from graduate study academia to industry while also building a network of other graduate students working towards the same goals. These trainings and events that you will attend in order to earn your badge range in topics from job search strategies, such as preparing application materials, networking, developing interview skills, and practicing salary negotiation, and career preparation and goal setting.
